Are you a passionate, Board-approved supervising Psychologist ready to make a lasting impact on the future of the psychology profession? MindSpot Academy, as part of Macquarie University Health, is seeking a clinical leader dedicated to supporting and mentoring Provisional Psychologists through their 5+1 internship journey.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your supervision, operational and stakeholder liaison skills to the development and maintenance of a high-quality supervision program within an internationally recognised translational research group.
MindSpot's vision is to build an emotionally resilient world using technology to improve access to, and quality of, mental health services. Comprising a research clinic (eCentreClinic), a national online mental health service (MindSpot Clinic), and a state-based virtual mental health service (MindSpot GP), MindSpot serves more than 35,000 patients each year.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30 June 2028 with the possibility of contract renewal. The role is fully remote, with a laptop provided, and applications are welcomed from candidates across Australia.

As the Psychology Supervisor – Internship Program, you will provide clinical leadership and AHPRA-compliant supervision to Provisional Psychologist Interns while contributing to the continuous improvement of MindSpot's internship training and supervision systems. Key responsibilities include:

You are an experienced, AHPRA-registered Psychologist with Board-approved supervisory credentials and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of practitioners. You bring a wealth of clinical and supervisory experience, thrive in collaborative environments, and are committed to excellence in psychology education and training.
